Should I use CPC ad's on a new website as it has not had any traffic before and people wouldn't pay for CPM on it? any other ideas about how to get started would be appreciated.
You could do that. The only 2 CPC ad networks that I know don't requre little to no traffic are Bidvertiser and Adrite. Though I forget how and I hope someone will chime in with the directions, make sure you submit your website to google, yahoo, & msn so you can be found on search engines.
