It looks nice and clean. I personally like it! Maybe just to change bg color of "categories" section.
Overall the UI is clean however here are some suggestions. Bring more attention to the categories like Auto, etc. Perhaps use a different font, colors, or borders to highlight it. Think about sub categories. Your current model may not scale once you get a lot of posts. You have the category navigation listed vertically in the bottom right corner. Think about placing that on the top. The biggest thing is that you have to compete with Craigs List. That is a tall order. I would try to go after their once weakness, user reputation. Perhaps build a reputation system within your site so that I know who I am buying from. Think eBay. Good Luck!
