New Website needs review

    I h ave never created a website before. Yes I used wordpress.org to create it. http://reelandreallife.com is my site. Please give it a good going over. Have numerous posts but concerned about layout, menus.
    I find the visitor counter is not a true number, how can I fix that?? or do I need one??

    I am taking the home page new posts and trying to transfer them to the appropriate menu. When I look at the Menu titles it reads "click to read More" instead of going to a full post . Is there a way to fix that.

    In general I need help, more traffic, we all the reasons.
