It seems great but on the page you gave us, I personally would have a pic of a (pretty or handsome) smiling, professional person looking at the camera as this is a people oriented professional site. I get my images from BigStockPhoto and Fotolia. For web size, you can get great bargains, and hundreds to choose from. I would have the pic somewhere so the user doesn't have to scroll down to see it. It will make all the difference. I notice you have people pics on other pages, but not smiling (inviting) ones.
