WOW, I hate sites with that kind of layout.

Do people actually spend more than 2 sec on them?

I am sorry but I have to agree with what mihnea007 and iceman35 said... The site looks unprofessional and looking for a easy and quick way to make money!
I hate the big red title at the beginning! Actually I wasn't able to figure out what the site is about!
I hope you didn't pay much money for it... Or maybe I am wrong and this site was a treasure mine :)
Best of luck with your new site

Actually, those sites can work. Look at SiteSell (sitesell.com). They're ranked in Alexa's top 200.

Although I don't like it myself, I bet there are things you can do...

At least you have a product to sell...

Why not go to clickbank and let people sell it for you?
If you offer high commissions you're bound to get affiliates sign up for it.

I have got an affiliate program attached to it but i cant seem to get people to join up. has anybody got any suggestions. im offering 50% which i think is alright. what do you guys think, is that too low? They also make 15% on anyones sales who sign up under them.

Im with paydotcom at the minute. Do you think it would be better to go with clickbank?

How much can you offer before you make a loss?

    It's a volume thing afterall...

If you offered 70% you'd get more interest, and if it doesn't cost you anything, why not go for it...

    I'd give clickbank a go...
    Lots of users on there...

Actually I'm not so sure you should change the layout. The people who like a neatly structured website (us :D) are not the ones who are going to buy the ebook anyway. Most of us think the layout is terrible, but just like telsell commercials it's obviously quite effective or we wouldn't see them that much.

If you do decide to change it, don't throw away the old layout just yet. If the new one's not effective then maybe you can switch back to see if this one produces results.

To answer your question, I think a good layout is one where the information is divided into several pages, the use of 1 fontsize and color for the text and less exclamation marks  .

i agree with everyone else, the layout is bad.

    a few suggestions though:
    1. split the home page up. There is too much info on that page that runs together.
    2. top banner graphic is of very poor quality... replace it
    3. add more colors than blue, light blue and red
    4. get rid of the "GUARANTEED FREE MONEY" in big red letters. i understand you need to make your selling point, but there are much better ways to do it. Like everyone else said... you see a site like this and you hit the back button.
