    Hi,
I am launching a contents creation forum website, and i was wondering if someone could advise me on two things...
    1. Advertising.
What is the best way to advertise a website where people buy and sell content?
    2. Moderators
How can i find trustworthy moderators to help me run my website as i have a busy timetable?

if you could help me, thank you very much!

You can advertise your forum through buying signature spots as well as avatar spots at various other forums.

As you said your forum is new then first arrange few contests there to attract more and more members and once you get good enough members, offer few member mods position if they are interested.

    DON.

Hi - you could hire a poster to post items automatically to your site - you'll need some feed to it as well. Good luck!

I would suggest being active in different forums and putting the link in your sig and asking for reviews etc.
