    Congratulations!! you have designed it very well and sure nicely optimized it too from the point of view of On Site Optimization.Less loading time may give boost to your site on SE's because SE's Like those sites having minimum loading time.
    Some points are missing like meta keyword tag and H1 tag.you have used H2 tag.Navigation of the web site is good.Appreciating your teams and your work.

    I have a few suggestions regarding the layout:
    1. Remove 'Write to Us' from the home page and create a seperate 'Contact Us' page.
    2. I don't really like the way you organised the articles... looks a bit bulky?
    3. Reduce the font size.

    I'm not good with SEO so I'm not going to comment there.

    Very good design I would say. But I think you should have good H1 and H2 tags. Also I think it's some what confusing as it doesn't look like IT site.
