having a good website idea is one thing, generating traffic to it is another. Sometimes the best website ideas don't pick up due to traffic. Quite sad I know, but yes if your idea is worthwhile, I wouldn't mind a joint venture or investing in it.

New website idea? so you are wanting to sell an idea? How exactly do you plan on selling it to someone? They won't buy it unless they know it's a good idea. And the only way they can know that is if you tell them.
you make a website with joomla or wordpress then make a contract with an affiliate program like linkshare , CJ then sell them through your website and get commission but you need to promote it a lot that can get good result.
