Well started a new website to play around with adsense. I just released the website yesterday. I made .71 cents the first day and today... I find odd I have only made .25 cents.... but I have 5 referrel clicks and 5 ad clicks. Is it normal to get 0 cent clicks and for people to not convert of referrels? Like how many people usualy does it take to convert a referrel? Also are my results low for day 1 and 2? I will post todays final tonight. I got 27 unique hits so far today not sure how many yesterday because Google Analytics wasn't up and running yet. So whats you guys input? Edit: Forgot... I am running adords but havn't spent a single penny yet... I just started some random advertising for 35$ for the week. Should be about 700hits they say...so probaly like 50 lol. Hopefully I can cover the 35$ in a week. Google is saying 85% of my visitors are return visits.
That is a good CTR, you should remove it from the post though as it is against the google CTR and will likely get you banned from google however if the site is only new it is quite possible you are only getting public service adverts which will give you either nothing or like 0.01 per click It is uite common, sometimes I get clicks worth up to $5 other time as low as .02 You should look at using adlogger.org to start tracking the adverts that are clicked and finding the most valuable and effective ones so you can market and filter for those
Today I had 17 clicks on referrals and its saying no sign ups?!?!?!?! I find that hard to beleive... whats the normal turn around for referrals?
17 clicks for referrals for what? AdSense? I would expect that it would probabbly be a low conversion on that, I have never placed the referral box. Maybe I should.
