I have recently a domain for a new QR code website. I am looking for someone who is willing to work with an inexperienced newcomer to all things like this, you must be patient! I have set ideas about what I want to achieve both now and in the future, so will need someone who is flexible to my ideas. You must be creative and looking to produce a design that is 'a little bit different' - I don't want to create just another boring site, you must also provide value for money.
