    Yes I am aware that the keyword i have taken is really hard one i.e "Website Design Company India". ya I know that google gives out 10,000,000 returns, but I want that 10,000,000 rank in google to start with.
    Yes but I am seriously thinking about other keyword also

    When I open my website, my google toolbar shows oage rank 2
    But I don't know how to check for which keyword this page rank is showing

    I want to know, whether thw page rank is for keyword or for entire page or it shows the popurarity of the page

    That page rank has nothing to do with your ranking in the search engine results for the keyword. Page Rank (PR) has to do with the number of people who link to you.
