    But you also need to get backlinks etc. There are alot of threads about directories at the moment. This might be a good way to get some links to your site.

    BTW He can't hyperlink it in his sig until he has 10 posts

    If you aren't in Google to begin with you will have 0 weight so it won't help whatsoever. You are better off applying and learning the basics of SEO THEN adding a tool like the Coop Network.

    Its not a replacement for the basics and will be wasted if you don't have that variety of link sources.

    1. Submit ur site in google http://www.google.com/addurl.html (Thanks riziko)
    2.And most imp. is to hyperlink your site in forums (Thanks a lot SEO_AM for adding my site in this forum)

    As now I have submited my site in google and my site link is added to this forum by SEO_AM
    How much time should i expect so that my site comes in google.

    webcertain - what are back links + internal links and how do I use them in SEO
    Dastar - where should I hyperlink my site in signature
    yfs1 - what is Coop Network how can I use it

    The Coop Network is in my sig and there is a whole section of this forum about it. It is better suited for webmasters that have some sites with a lot of pages indexed.

    In your case you could then point "weight" (links) to your new site to promote it and get it fully indexed. But if you don't have any other sites, you will most likely have a weight close to 0, being no use to your current problem.

    If am geting right, the best way to get ur site indexed in google, is having its link from other site which is already index. when google robot visit the indexed site and if my site is having link in that site, then my site automatically get indexed.
    In Single day I learnrd a lot about SEO.
    But I don't have other sites, then what should I do.

    As suggested by u all, I have done following things,
    1. Submitted my site to google.
    2. Add my website link to a site which has page rank 3.
    3. Added some keywords to my site.
    Are this things enough to bring my site in Google.
    Plz giv me more suggestions

    I second that motion.

    I used googles addurl feature on one web site. Took a week before the spider got to me.

    I created a blog (on opera no less) and added a link to a brand new dummy site. Google found it in 6 hours and it started life with a real PR3 (assuming you believe the rank in the internal xml file is real page rank as opposed to what you see on the toolbar).

    Seems that it finding a site on its own is much faster than you submitting it. Though I can't imagine it hurts at all to submit it.
