New webmaster - Questions about Google...

I've just recently started to learn about how to make money on the internet with websites. It seems that everyone has different opinions on what is "Google friendly." Supposedly, Google is now giving blogs a PR 0 for using PayPerPost. Is this true?

So now PayPerPost and TextLinkAds seems to be a no-no, or am I wrong to assume this?

Matt Cutts recently wrote a blog about it here.

From what I've heard (someone please correct me if I am wrong :) ), selling text link ads and paid reviews won't affect you, if you use "nofollow" tags OR redirect the link to a temporary page which has been disabled from indexing so it won't pass PageRank.

If it is painfully obvious that you sell links with Pagerank for money ( to other sites), then you could be hit with a penalty ;)

Saratdear, that was actually going to be my next question. If I have no follow tags on the PPP, is that ok? In Matt Cutt's post, he seems to be also saying that they don't want PPP on blogs because of morality, not just paid links. Also, I have no idea how to work with html. Is a no follow tag something I can learn quickly, or will I need to pay someone to do it every time?
