The text in the top banner's cut in IE7, and you need to add some web copywriting if you want to be found in Google and other search engines. Maybe eliminate the bright colours on the left as it doesn't really add value to the site. I like the fact that you have the menu items on the top and left side. Hope that helps. :)

Play more with CSS. The elements are ugly, unstyled.

The navigation can be improved. First, there is no need for duplicate navigation bars near the top. After reading to the bottom of the page for one of the attractions, the user must scroll to the top again. This can easily be improved with the Web Page maker copy and paste option :D

I also find that the adsense would be better if it blended more with the design. Perhaps you can change to same as the background colour?

Although I highly don't recommend a WYSIWIG editor like Web Page Maker, they do have the option to change the page name instead of showing the url.

Another note is the large text near the bottom of your home page. the large italicized and capitalized "WHERE TO GO????" would preferably be avoided. Perhaps you can use Where to Go? Bold is usually just as effective as capitals except not as intrusive.

Here is great guide on web 2.0 design. http://www.webdesignfromscratch.com/web-2.0-design-style-guide.cfm

That guide taught me a lot. If this is one of your first few sites, I think you are doing very well! Just a bit more practice.
