    I'd give it a 4/10. I don't like the lime green color scheme you have going, and the overall design is very boxy and limited.

    nice, navigation bar could be shorter, making it cuter

    Yet again I'd give this a 3/10 simply because it's nothing over the top. It's really basic and web 1.0 in my honest opinion. It's not that different than your other design.
