Pardon me for being frank, your site is the exact site that I will be hoping to avoid if I am searching for a web host. All of your so call comparisons seemed to be affiliate web hosting links which is more towards lining your pockets than providing a neutral and fair comparison. Just a quick question, inside of your web site, is there a single one that has no affiliate and does not pay any referrals? Is that something that a hosting new bie will benefit? My answer is absolutely no. Sad to say that this post seem more towards promoting your web site full of affiliate links than any helpful post for the hosting seekers.
Don't take this personally but... I don't like the look of the site. I think a template site would look better. But I do like the Logo... Good luck!

We all know that the web hosting world is full of affiliate programs and people trying to exploit any method possible to make a quick buck. However, I have to assure you that that is not what Host Shopper is about. There are several web hosts that are listed (MediaTemple, Dreamhost, etc...) that do not have affiliate links (which is more that you can say for your Web Hosting Rebates site) and I plan to add many more. In addition, all of the category comparison pages are sorted by web host ratings that are given by people who actually use the web host. That means that the best web hosts will be at the top. They aren't moved to the top because of how much commission they offer. wiseguy_75, thanks for your feedback but it would be much more helpful if you told me exactly what you didn't like about the design of the site.
The rebates site at least aren't pretending to be comparing between hosting companies and offering the best. The site is not mine for your info, I accept it into my signature as it does not violate my principles. It did gave rebates direct plain and simple. Also are you asking for a review or am I asking for a review?
I can understand your skepticism. I have seen hundreds of "web hosting comparison" sites that just list companies with affiliate programs in their "top 10 list". But on Host Shopper the hosting companies are sorted by how high their customers have rated them. It's not perfect but it helps to keep people from thinking that bad web hosts are really good. In addition to the rating, the site lets you compare disk space, server type, operating system, etc. so you don't waste time looking at plans that don't meet your needs. And I realize there are far more web hosts (hundreds) than are listed on the site. More web host will continue to be added, even those without affiliate programs. The purpose of the site is to help people compare web hosting plans.
