One more web directory in the market We are creating www.mywebspider.com and have few data entry operators to add sites manually after visiting site URL. All suggestions are welcome to optimize site for search engine if you have. It looks daily we will be able to post 300 companies in directory.
Nice directory ... But you dont like website owner or webmasters visit your site and submit their sites manually ??
This directory will not have autosubmission. Sites will be reviewed manually. In a day or two will will put link for - Add your site - Suggest Category - Suggestions can b considered under construction.
I think Dirkjan might be telling you (in a nice way) that the category name is misspelled You probably want to change "Shoping" to "Shopping", yes? John
One thing I noticed is that when you do a search, if there are no results, there is nothing displayed.. What I mean is, there is nothing getting you back into looking at the directory links, no incentive to search again, no "similar search" suggestions.. Nothing. There is nothing really that would motivate me to go any further.
It seems to have been removed. Maybe this was a quick casualty in the flood of directories popping up (mine not included in that of course )
Have you considered showing the category of each entry when someone does a search? For example if I don't know where to submit my entry, I can do a search; see see the categories of similar entries and can go there directly.
