    Open Alexa.com >> Enter your website name >> then click on the "Site Backlinks In"..
    Then you will get most 100 high pr back links of your website.
    This is new and very much use ful.

    Go to google and type
    Link:yourdomain.com

    Open site explorer and majestic seo and etc are good but i always prefer google webmaster tools as we always try to get good rankings and traffic by google so google webmaster tools are best for it.
