agreed, so many people use the web at work or in areas where they can't use sound, it cuts the audiance dramatically, and there is no way to know for sure by how much...

well I hope they pay out, but I am not stressing about that ,I make a very good living myself, in fact I make as much in 1 day on ebay as most people do in 2 weeks time. So I can't complain, so why rock the boat? I agree with Skinny. You can't be sure whether the visitor has his speakers turned on or not. And those ads are very annoying as well, you may lose some traffic. I think it's not good.
