New Vs Old Domains?

    Is it best to purchase new or old domain names? Which one will bring in you more money when you sell- short or long name? Example wwe3.com or baseballcamps.com

    I noticed on godaddy a domain name that is up for auction has a bid currently at $850,000! Like wow. Any feedback is welcomed.

    Old domain name is better, they would have visitors also, they would have a range at alexa/google - adsense accept domains that are 6 months old
    Short is better if it has good meaning, short with no meaning it's useless
    if you want to buy and sale domain names, try to fine short names with big meaning... then u would do great.

    I found a bunch of domain names that have keywords in them. They are not old but rather new and to be honest I am surprised they were never taken. Example: baseballcamps.com (long name, new but keywords) this just example of course.

    This is not short domain name but much more better then wwe3.com < this 3 is useless here...

    Also stay away from a of TM names such as Microsoft and Apple because they will take that domain fast. You would waste all of you hard work in designing your website with that domain and they take it away from you..... You most likely wouldn't win in a case. Them money stealing thieves lol.

    oh and hand regged domains are normally pointless unless you have a plan with them but if you trying to buy and sell domains pretty much all the good regged domains have been taken. Though it is possible to pick up on one but very unlikely.

    You are saying short name with no meaning it is useless...... but it is not so...

    If you have short .com, .net, .org you can sell at high price, I am talking about 1, 2, 3, 4 letters domain name.

    you know, 3 letter .com domain name can sell at $5,000 that is minimum price, some sell at million dollar price as well, depending on business value of the domain names.

    Old domain name is only good if it has link juice with no penalty and, it will not be effective if you build a website different from the old website topic.
