I'm going to start a Vine site. Collect vine hashtags by hand and maybe auto and publish it. I've searched for WP themes but couldn't find any good themes, just some plugins. There are great sites like these ones but I think some of theme are custom coded like: http://www.funnyvinevideos.com/ http://seenive.com/ http://vine-videos.com/ I need advice, it can be a good WP theme or a custom script maybe. Please help me to find a good start!
you could hire a php developer and he could make the script for you and then you could hire a website designer to create your theme but some developers knows to design answell.

brynlimitless its a matter of opinion,with Vinewp . com/vine template, you can host from instagram, vine, youtube, host images images, build with gallery, categories, video lock, login or like to unlock content, and has a blog etc I don't see any of the following option with the other template, even tho its pretty neat as well.
