Don't let the synth voice speak all the text in the slides. In live recording usually it's better to have short written slides and let the speaker elaborate. But with synth voice, do the opposite: use it just for the main topic and place some soft background music to fill the silence.

Even using natural sounding voices like Loquendo's or Neospeech's, I had more success coupling them with virtual presenters (like sitepal, or character builder). Somehow people accepts synth voices more easily if they see that the speaker is a virtual character.

    Hope this helps.

yeah, pretty good. But why do not deal with the voice of the slides more seriously? It makes me uncomfortable.
what's more silence is a little long there, maybe you can find some ways to improve this such as more explanation of the steps or some soft music just as upstairs guy said. In addition, the plays seem not very nice and the maybe you can also rejust the color of fonts in your main page. In my opinion, it's not very perfect.
Hope these do good to your website building.Good luck.
