New Version of Wordpress

Have you updated it yet? Are there any critical updates or great new features? I really don't want to upgrade because I am not sure if my plugins will work with the new version of WP.

 

most of the time i do update all my plugin and WP version till date never face any problem

 

Seems you are lucky, I read the other day (I cant find the link now) that a lot of people were having some plugin issues with the new update. If I can remember and/or find the link I will post it. I'm going to wait at least 3 months before I upgrade.

 

There will always be plugin error. It's just a matter of picking the well-coded and constantly updating ones. =)

I uploaded wordpress 3.1 on about 10 sites and it is working fine.

 

Anytime you update a site that is filled with plugins, you are going to run into trouble. 3.1 is great.

I am using latest version of wordpress 3.1.5.

Jokes apart, wordpress may break some plugins, because they are not updated to work with 3.1. The plugin author, or your webmaster ( if you have one) should take care of this. But, that does not mean you avoid upgrade..

 

Now, I use this version for my site. Lets get it.

 

new version is really have some extended features specially i like the admin panel bar and interlinking post features

i think you should upgrade it also from security point of view

 

I recently updated to Wordpress 3.1 and had no issues so far! Works great for me except the new link finding helper is really slow...
