Can anyone out there help me, please? I am in the process of submitting a product to clickbank for approval. This has so far taken numerous emails over approx 3 weeks(!) First they ask for the thank you page, then the pitch page, then I need to make sure contact details are on all pages, etc, etc. Can anyone definitively tell me what needs to go to Clickbank (and in what format, ie PDF, word, html) for them to approve or refuse the product? It would be more helpful (though more expensive) if I could ring them from the UK. Any help for a newbie would be gratefully received! Thanks Anita

Thanks edawg, I've looked through the vendor checklist but it doesn't actually state what I need to send to Clickbank for them to make a decision. Does anyone have a contact phone number for Clickbank? It would be helpful if you post the link so we can have a look at the product and page and give you some advices, this way it is difficult to suggest anything.
I don't think you can call them unless you're a high earning client (vendor or affiliate). Imagine if they had a public phone line - they'd get a bazillion calls a day from affiliates wanting to make more money. Think how much that'd cost to hire a team of staff to man the phones! As a matter of curiosity how long it takes to get product approved by clickbank. Can you contact help centre for some help?

Thanks Tiger!, I've located this page and that is my problem, I have piles of emails going back and forth and each time they seem to ask for something different - if this is how unhelpful they are I am not surprised they don't have a customer phone number ! xx
Thanks jelba. So far I am on week 3 of trying to get a product approved. The phrase 'Contact Help Centre' seems to be a contradiction in terms.....
I'm a little bit confused. How did you not know that you needed a thank you page, a pitch page, contact details on all pages, etc, etc.? I'm not trying to be rude but OF COURSE they don't have a phone number for people to call when they haven't even bothered to read the guidelines before submitting their product. How can it be a 3 week process of going back and forth? Everything that you need for your site/product is very clearly written on their website. You should follow their guidelines, submit your product and have approval in 3-5 days. Right?
