The Vbulletin licence is leased?
If so it can't be transfered to the new owner I think.

 

It is leased, the new owner will have chance to make it owned in the 60 days small price as well though ! So that works well for the buyer!

I will be transferring my account so you get the license still and everything!

 

How much is the small price that vbulletin charge?

I think it is $80 - $85 to turn it to owned!

You may just want to keep it at leased though and use it for another year!

The forum is mainly for webmasters yes, but has other sections like for Graphics and General Chat.

I would really prefer payment by PayPal, but maybe E-Gold at a last resort.

I have taken hosting from lacehost.com, it costs me only $1.99 a month. The buyer gets 1 and a half months hosting when they buy this, as I am getting another month hosting free from them due to something. They are a good host and it has been great on their servers.
