New users that join DP

    Hi,

    I'm new here. Love the site, but I have a suggestion. I'm really interested in starting new threads for services... and I can't because my account is new. I understand why they admin has it set up this way. It's a nice way to weed out non contributing member.

    However, it's a shame that the new members who are here for good intent and purposes can't use the forum.

    I would suggest having a donation box. If anyone donates, they can post threads.

    Does this sound fair and reasonable?

    The requirements for the BST section will not be removed - if anything they may become more stringent.
