We need better rules in place, I dont like charging half up front, I prefer to work and get paid when the customer is satisfied, here lately I have done atleast 5 jobs for people on my own server. With no deposit, And they disapear when im complete, Before I send the files or even let them know I am done. It would just be nice to have a marketplace where only serious people are allowed so you dont end up wasting your time, And turning down other jobs that would have actually paid.
