New User registration failed..

Hi my friend tried to register over her..

And he got this error msg..

Tell them to try logging in anyway using their chosen password, i've seen people get this error before and still are able to log in, if my memory serves me correctly.

There are still a few DB glitches tormenting DP'ers just now, the only one who can do anything to fix it is shawn.
