I need to limit new users' rights to enable URLs within PMs, posts and signatures until certain number of posts and certain number of days have passed. I could not find any threads describing this, and I find it extremely useful. Is there a mod (free or commercial) or instructions available for vB, similar to DP's new-user mod? Thank you.
