New user can't get anything other than Rank = N/A

This doesn't appear to be working for me. I get Rank = N/A for all my keywords. I have tried variations of the URL:
    http://www.bowmanmfg.com/
    www.bowmanmfg.com
    bowmanmfg.com

I have it set to search up to 200 deep in preferences. Does the N/A infer that my ranking is >200, or that it's not working correctly for me?

Any suggestions for what I need to do differently?

What's the exact keyword phrase and URL you entered that you think it's reporting wrong?

I don't see them anywhere when I look manually in Google. What position are you seeing them exactly when you look in Google?

    Ah -- now I see. I can interprete N/A as also meaning rank>200 .
I suggest adding clarification to your answer in FAQs.

It looks like it is working for me now. It seems like the trick is to test is first with an obvious "high" ranking keyword before exploring with others.

    Thanks again,
    Rick
