New URL does not appear in Google after 301 Redirection. I have redirected remit2india.com to https://www.remit2india.com/sendmoneytoindia/homepage.jsp

Google shows old URL but not the new one while Bing shows new URL. It has been more than 6 months and still I am facing the same problem.

Can anyone suggest what exactly the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked Google "Webmaster Tools"? This will include options to derank, fetch, or replace pages currently served on the Google search engine.

Also if you are changing the rules which is a double change (adding Https and adding www. ) for your domain, insure that all of your internal and external links correspond with the change.

You may have to set it up to automatically reroute all non-https and non-www traffic to https and www. This can be done easily via redirect script or hosting panel.

You can remove the old URL from Google Webmaster Tools or you can restrict the crawler in robots.txt file to old URL. Once Google follows that link it will be deindexed from Google's Search Engine's Results pages.
