new uploading site need some feedback

before i launch the site i need some feedback on my new uploading site

its all free and no registration required. it will be for hosting music and images

The site is fast.It is very useful when i click the flash form.Nicely done.

 

Simple is good. So it doesn’t need to register? Everyone can upload and download? You may want to tell users how to use it.

Yes, this is very fast loading site, but I think you can think again about the template.

The site is fast and simple but its not really clear to me what sort of media this site is for. i.e Is it music, films? Perhaps you could fit in some media categories

 

Clean, simple interface, I like it! Suggestions:
1. Move the nav menu up to the header, to the right to the logo. This will allow the content to move up and have much more visible above the fold. If you do not want to move the menu up to the right of the logo, there still is a huge gap under the logo between the current nav menu, and you could close up that gap a little bit.
2. I would put some space between the 3 textboxes- right now they are right up against each other (same goes for the upload button). Even 10px of space in between would work.
3. Tighten up some of the extra space below the upload button and the footer.

Doing those things will allow more content to be displayed above the fold.

I'm loving the speed, but maybe just a bit of an introduction instead of just the uploading tool. I feel like I'm filling out some sort of tedious form without really knowing what's going on. I think the concept is awesome though.

Maybe try and integrate some sort of "Discover New Music" section to give unsigned acts an incentive to upload?

people have widescreen will see your navigation bar moved to the left. I think it will be better If you could center all the content together? Maybe.
