    Hi there,

    I have received your PM and am very interested in your service, but when I tried to make a payment with PayPal, it says that "this user cannot accept payments at this time" - meaning that your account is currently under review by PayPal (limited access).

    I've also completed the LB Questionairre and sent it to the said email address, asking about other payment options.

    I'm still waiting on that response.

    I'd also like to know why your PayPal account is limited(?)

    This is odd got an e-mail from Yaroslav Korchagin stating" Usually we can accept payments via PayPal, but right now there are some technical problems on PayPal (one of our clients sent us some kind of transaction which should be investigated because of some reason; until the case is closed, we are unable to receive new payments. And we don't know how long this will take."
    This does not make me very comfortable, nor does the lack of e-mail response. PayPal investigated transactions, are usually resloved in a matter of days.

    Also the website : www.seo4experts.com referred to in "Link_Building_Services's" profile is now down. this all seems pretty shaddy to me.
