    I'm selling a unique content/review site put together by my husband and I.

    This site contains general information on choosing a lawn mower, and then reviews several popular brands. The site is brand new so there is no revenue, but it is optimized for both Google Adsense ads and affiliate links through Amazon (the prices of the products range from $100-$3000). Just replace the affiliate ID with your own and you're ready to go.

    The domain is keyword rich, with wordtracker showing 144 results for "lawn mower ratings" In quotes, there are only 620 results for this phrase.

    This is a large site with over 5,000 words.

    The domain is registered through namecheap so it can be pushed for free.

    Payment must be immediate. Only Paypal is accepted.

    The starting bid is $20.

    Bid increments are $5.

    Yes, the content is unique and exclusive (sorry I didn't see your question before, marketjunction--we were posting near the same time).

    Occasionally, matches will pop up with copyscape, but if you click on the links you'll see that it is just the product's long name, and not any of the text. I do use the product's full name as seen on Amazon, so as to not confuse any website visitor.
