new turnkey site

I had bought this site off someone some time ago. The site has approximately 80 or so scripts which can be sold as is from the site.
The site is fairly new hence there isnt much traffic and no income.I was told the Flash header was custom made.

Orders are handled automatically. Once a customer purchases a script, an email with a download link is sent to the buyer. You can adjust from the admin panel how long you want to keep that download link alive.
Admin panel has alot of features with which you can manage all the categories, edit script description/title, manage orders, e.t.c.

I havent seen this sort of turnkey website. So i might sound dumb asking, but are the scripts on the website which are for sale have resell rights ?

And by whom were these scripts written ?

As i mentioned earlier, i am not aware of who has written the scripts. What i do know, is that as long as you sell the scripts on the site or through the site, you should be fine.
