Google ads at top of every page not necessary. reduce size of ad and relocate. People want your content first not an ad.

Hi,
First impression which i got after seeing your site is that its a spam site. Don't take it otherwise. Your site need some changes like:-

1. Remove adds from top
2. Font size and color combination can be improved.
3. Increase page size of the site.

 

First I like the domain name
Second you need to reduce the ads otherwise people may think it's a Made for Adsense (MFA) Site

 

need to be shaped still!

 

I think the template still standard. Keep edit and update on the site. But, nice topsite.

I suggest you to put Google ads more down, and try to add little bit content more like what is its benefit and for what people it can be used.


Also try to build back links for your website consistently.
