New to WordPress Plugins

    Hello Forum,

    I want to make my own WordPress Plugin! The Plugin I want to make is a page that comes up after a new user clicks on the "Submit Content" button when posting a reply to a blog. What sort of Filters or Hooks to I need to use?

    do you mean user / visitor submit content to you or submit comment for generating new pages ?
