    Hello,

Im very new at designing websites. I have read quite a number of forum topics etc.. on how to go about developing a website specifically targetting people to click on ads.

    My questions are:
    1. what do i choose for the layout of my website? (basic/frames)

    2. After choosing the first option, what is the best way to start, by this i mean where do i start from? (e.g. content??)

    3. IS there anyone that could suggest a (very) low cost [domain/webhost] which i can use after ive built the website offline? im talking price range of ($0-$20)

    4. Ive looked at google adsense, but im not sure that would be right for me. Is there a difference in $per click for different content? i tried to create 2 different websites, one on skiing, and another on a pc game, and the skiing website had say $5 more than the pc game. (these were just templates i downloaded by the way)

    5. Following on from Q4, can someone tell me what method i might adopt? whether it may be adsense or something else? and what might that be?

    6. "HOW" i really mean "HOW" can i get traffic to my site? this i really must know thank you.

Thanks a lot for your time in reviewing what ive written. Please if you think you can help me, feel free to contact me via msn: singjm06@hotmail.com or simply PM me.

    Thanks again.:)

You have probably asked too many question in one thread.

    1. Frames are not search engine friendly.

    2. Once I had chosen idea for wed I would start working on design and archecture. All the time planning my pages around keyword phrases for which I wanted to rank. Once I had my architecture, I would start working on content for each page.

    3. Host would be one of the last things I worried about. No sense buying hosting until you have a web.

I will leave the advice on marketing to someone else.

Agree with above, don't worry about a webhosting service till you're ready, you can setup with most in a day or two, and on marketing: build CONTENT.

Content is king. Seriously. Your site should have 100 pages before submission in my opinion and keep building one a day atleast. :D

There are very few tricks these days. No more meta-stuffing. Just bareknuckles work. Just like at any other job. There are a few shortcuts, you just have to learn and learn. Most people won't pour all of them out at once, like I sure won't. But you can get them one at a time in varying places on the net.

    1. No frames.

    2. Starts with idea, a specific niche, then search the net and pick the graphic design ideas that you like, analyze site similar to your future web site’s idea.

    3. I have no idea. But I agree that idea should come first.

    4. Again search the web there are a lot of PPC programs. Compare alternatives.

    5. See #4

    6. Create your web site in a way that search engines love it, i.e. write keyword-rich articles that people would want to read after they find your article, and that will bring you the traffic.
