So I know very little about coding/programming but I have a PSD and would like to add a Volusion shopping cart. What is the first step? Do i need to do the html/css and then is it just a plugin? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Could someone please shed some light on this? I'm not asking for an indepth response just what do I need to do and I will learn it...
