New to this - need input on our dating site...

    Hello All,

    I have never run an affiliate program before but I am willing to start now and explore the capabilities.ve
    I have a dating site and willing to pay other if they get clients to sign up...

    any ideas on how to start and what I should offer?
    Please let me know, it will really help.
