    Would like to promote my tutorials and digital effects files. Not getting very many views on Youtube.
    I tried that Fiverr website, but got lied to, and had one of my videos taken down. I guess they used boots or something. Whatever. Just looking to promote the best way possible to oread the word about my tutorials and such.

    If this is the wrong place for this, let me know. I have already been burned once.
