instead of buing those bulk sites try jainischalverma's advice and pay someone to do a site for you and the fill it with good content. Then all you have to do is drive traffic to it :)

I agree with Spyrit. But, then, you have to ask yourself.... If you buy a domain and hire a webdesigner, you will make more from not buying anything than you will with adsense. You would have no idea what to tell the designer. It takes weeks of testing and changing and updating to figure what will get you money through adsense. I don't mean to sound like doom and gloom, but you should do A LOT of research before you dive into this. AdSense is not get rich quick....And, sometimes ads are as little as 1 cent. Say you get 1,000 people and 20 people click on your 1 cent ad. That is 20 cents. This is common. The best way to make money is to see what works and then see what else works...continue until you have a lot of things working. Learn HTML and web design so you can make the changes yourself. Sorry for the long post, but, I fear you are in WAAAAY over your head for now. Good luck.

I don't think he should shell out money. Right now he's still feeling his way around Adsense. Spend a month or two (or more) with Blogger and get to know Adsense and how to make it work for you first before investing heavily in a designer and website.

I would suggest going through many forum threads and reading about what others say and how thing work. I learned a lot by going to many website related forums to gain knowledge from other posters. Good luck.

How do I put a simple counter on it? Everytime I post it in the code, it never works. ? Or is there any way to check out many people have visited?

    Thanks,
    -Kastro

By managing channels in your adSense control panel, you should be able to see page impressions and clicks.

Check Blogger's FAQ. They probably have a way to track visitors.

I think you can use www.statcounter.com and place the code into the template part of blogger.

    *edit*

Actually see this Blogger Help Page for the hit counters.

reading is good, but sometimes people read too much and do nothing, and that isn't good either...you better combine them, read and in the same time test what you are reading on blogs or free websites. Then, when you are ready go make your own!

Your question is like asking "How can I make money in the stock market?"

    To make money from adsense you have to;
    • pick a popular topic
    • make sure you pick a topic with low competition
    • learn website creation skills
    • buy domain name
    • buy hosting
    • make a website on said topic
    • learn keyword optimization
    • learn designer skills to improve looks of website
    • learn search engine optimization skills
    • add new content regularly
    • learn best adsense placement
    • I'm sure I forgot something

Any one of these topics could consume most of your waking hours. The web is full of forums, groups and tutorials, and most of them are focused on just a single step in the process. There's a huge forum and several sites to help you choose a hosting company for example.

Free design still means the need for hosting. This person is coming in with no experience and some of us are giving him a false sense. We should find out what type of budget he/she has. If they have the money then it is worth spending it. If they don't, they are better off starting with a blog or 10.......People are very fickle. It's very hard to guess what ads they will click on.

Not everyone has money to pay a large sum of money to get someone to design a site that's just going to be, essentially, a "testing ground" for the OP. He'll run it for a few weeks, a month, learning as he goes, then he put that knowledge to creating a better site. Telling him to start shelling out big bucks now before he even begins is ridiculous. And he's already started with a free blog at Blogger. Do try to read the rest of the posts, eh?

Thank you all for the help, I really appreciate it!

OK, I have this site up on debt. I just got the code from google, so everything is up and running.

    http://www.pay-off-debt.net/index.php

Now, the links at the top and the side from google: Do I get a couple cents everytime someone clicks one? Does it show up automatically?

How do you get your page on search engines? I tryed searching for my debt page and nothing came up ....

    THanks!

Ah, that's too bad. You decided to go for these pre-made MFA sites. Bummer. You're now stuck with a site that will be hopelessly buried in the search engines. Your entire visitor count will be people from DP checking your site out. Beyond that, don't expect to make anything from your site. Why? Because you are using the same MFA template as a billion other people. Too bad. I thought you wanted to do this right, but I guess you've decided to go for the "easy money" route. C'est la Vie.

Hey bud, take it easy! I had that site before I came here, that's why I started the blog on Forex like suggested in here, and so far I have had more clicks on it. I know now not to buy pre-built sites! Noob mistake.....

    http://eliteforex.blogspot.com/

I was just curious how I get my blog site in search engines? The ads on my site, like the picture ad at the bottom, do they only require someone to click them to get a couple cents?

I just picked up a adsense book today from chapters, so I am going to give that a read before I post any more questions in here because like all forums, Noobs piss people off :)

Thank you everyone for the help, good luck!
