Hey everyone. I am a bit new to this forum, wondering why when someone writes me a message when I respond it seems like it does not go through. I check my sent folder and there is nothing there. Is it because my post count? Would love to know why. Thanks! -Omar
Hello! I guess you're barking on the wrong tree, well I reported this already and maybe be moved in the section where this topic fits best. My answer to your question: PM feature is working fine, the reason why you think it's not going through is because you want to see your sent PM in your Sent items. If so, it must be enabled first for you to view your sent PM's. How? Go to your Settings > General Settings > Look for "Sent Private Messages:" below "Private Messaging" > then tick "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" > lastly, click Save changes to save your settings. Next time you send a PM, it will be reflected in your Sent Items. If you did my suggestion above and you feel like your PM has no response, then the cause is on the recipient. Probably that member is not online yet or didn't want to reply. Thanks.
