new to site and websites magical world

Hello dp members, i'm 17years old male from Finland. I'm interested on website flipping, but i haven't really got to begin yet. i am also interested on graphics like banners and logos doing with photoshop, i have done graphics for over 3year now.
i hope that i learn a lot of websites, earning with those & flipping websites in DP

all tips which are helpful for beginner is appreciated,
also my budget is quite low (about 120$) so tips how i can use those best and what is best earning method, i know that site makes money from ads and selling those higher than you bought...also i would like to know what ad system is best ^^
