    Use google keyword planner ( for keywords research)
    1. Find Less Competitive Keywords with high search Volume
    2. Choose Key phrases
    3. List out Relative Keywords by relevance

    Social Bookmarking sites related to sport can help.. Also a few forums where you can start talking to others, ask questions, etc (and place your website in the signature), but use RELATED forums (to sport in your case!)... Web directories also related to the same niche could help :)
