    So I'm just starting out, I recently bought a few domains and I'm completely lost when it comes to SEO. Can anyone recommend a good book or website to start out? Thanks!

    Welcome to seo. I would like to recommend you three books. If you completely read any of one you will comme to know what is seo.

    1. Google's Search engine optimization starter Guide(Read this if you wanna rank in google)
    2. Art of seo by O'relly
    3. Seo bible

    You can find many tutorials regarding SEO. You can also join some webmaster forums to get updated about the latest updates etc...
