    Thank you. Yes they will work for eCommerce sites. We have several people that have used our knowledge to increase there eCommerce sites traffic and sales. You can do internal linking on an eCommerce store but do not over do it.

    For example you can internally link all your products to your categories or even have some of your "featured" articles internally linked from your main page. Internal linking is always good for any site. Watch what you are doing when you are external linking because this can hurt you more then you think.

    There are several ways to find relevant blogs to your niche. You don't necessarily need to find authoritative blogs. I would just find blogs that are in your niche and are not sandboxed in Google. To do this you could simple go to Google and use a string like this inurl:blog + "kitchen". There are many different ways to find good blogs to contact for possibly guest blog posts. Just do some browsing around Google with the string that I provided you and you should be able to find some. Just contact the owners and see what they can do for you.
