New to RSS - Need help

    Hi Guys
    I am new to RSS and don't know even R of RSS.Can any body explain me how can i use RSS to display others content on my website.I tried using Maggpier but there was no good result for me .Kindly help :confused:

    You can try RapidFeeds MySite to display any RSS or Atom Feed on your Blog or Website.

    OK, the term of RSS may sound overwhelming, and trust me, I've been there! But be honest with you, it’s not that complicated at all once you’ve understand the main principle! RSS reader is an internet information manager. You may subscribe blogs, news channels, and etc to your RSS reader (yes! you have to download one first). Once it’s all set, you’ll never need to go through gazillion of websites for results, and always receive the up-to-date information and news.

    Below are some of the RSS readers that I prefer:
    1. Tristana: 3-panel interface, pop-up window, etc.
    2. eSobi: a 3-in-1 Internet tool equipped with RSS Reader, Meta Search and Document Clipping.
    3. NewzCrawler: smart folders, synchronization feature, podcast receiver, configurable toolbars and keyboard shortcuts, new newspaper styles.
    4. RssFeedEater
    5. Awasu

    BroadBang to me you are already an RSS guru seeing that you even know some names. Please could someone tutor me on RSS? What is it all about and how can it help me? How can i get RSS onto my website?

    To tell you the truth you have given me maybe 30% help. Thanks for the names of the RSS software. For the remaining 70% help could you help me more by providing me with links to sites where i can get the RSS software that you have listed?

    Can you choose how big the feed is on your page?
    Is it a link?

    Is there a search engine to find rss feeds?


    Does it bring traffic to your site at all?
