how are your quality scores for the keywords?
you could try raising the bid a bit if you're getting no clicks

Your ad keywords, your landing page, ctr and a few other things goes into your quality score.

PPC is all about bids. How high you set your bid will determine your cost per click on your ads, but the higher you bid the higher you pay for each click.

You could hypothetically bid $30 per click and dominate everyone else and be the first ad showing on google, but this will burn your budget in minutes and is not very cost effective, that's why there's a quality score as an equalizer.
The higher your quality score and Click Through Ratio is the lower you have to bid compared to other Ads and still get a good position.

    Ex:
    Quality Score 10 x CPC $.50 = 5
    Quality Score 3 x CPC $1 = 3

If you have a quality score of 10 and only bid 50 cents, your ad will still be placed at a higher position then someone who bids $1 but only has a quality score of 3.

That's just an example though, idk how the actual formula works

if you're still having problems and not getting even any impressions, you could try contacting Adwords Support.

It's annoying cause they only operate by e-mail..
I wish they had a customer service telephone number where I can actually speak to a rep.

Your best bet for a quick answer is to call Adwords support directly.
The Adwords USA number is: 1-866-246-6453
    Good luck!

Have you seen your ad show up on the page? Use the Google preview tool and type in one of your keyword and see if and where you show up.

Also, In the interface, click on the adgroup, then next to the keyword, hover over the tool tip. It should tell you if your ad is showing. if it is, use the above step to figure out where, or on what page, and if not where you want it, increase your bid until you get there...

    Hope that Helps...
