do lots of testing - lots of different offers & keywords & ads & landing pages.
have a few thousand in capital and expect to lose money at the beginning.

If you can invest and want to have Referrals for a Paid to click site, Advertising through Bidvertiser is the best option as I have read on some sites which say that bidvertiser advertising gives you a lots of referrals. Also some of the forums offer free 20 $ to advertise if you register under their referral links. You can conduct a search on Google to get more information. I don't recollect the names and links of those sites and forums. Personally I have never tried doing this hence would advice you to do a bit of research before jumping to conclusion. I hope this helps you.

Visit THE Adwords super guru = Perry Marshall - http://www.perrymarshall.com/
Download his free guide and sign up to his list to get regular tips.
If you can afford it you might want to buy some of his training.

I second Perry Marshall's system.... get his Definitive Guide to Adwords ebook. I did that years ago and never looked back.

I'd recommend a PPC campaign Generator for adwords. I split test thousands of keywords and a tool like that helps condensing the process of putting them into adgroups into a few minutes what would normally take days.
Also download the free Google Adwords Editor
